We hire and onboard the frontline (into your team). Set up the CRM. Train AI agents on your projects. Write and field-test the playbook. By week 4 the funnel is live, first meetings happening. By week 8 — first deals coming in as the build finishes.
First deals come in. We scale what works — channels, scripts, segments. AI transcribes calls and meetings; the trainer reviews the frontline’s pitch and lifts the quality of every touch.
The PM runs a weekly review against KPIs. We fine-tune AI agents on your data. Sales velocity grows; the channel economics align with the agreed model.
